Report a highways problem
As the Highway Authority, Norfolk County Council maintains most of the 6,000 miles of roads in Norfolk, except:
- Trunk roads (the A11 and A47) are managed by National Highways
- Private roads are maintained by their owners
- Street lights - report a problem to our contractor, Amey
For information on our response times, read our Transport Asset Management Plan.
