Ask for Allergens
In the UK ten people die on average every year after suffering an allergic reaction to food. Food allergies affect children and adults and can have a dramatic affect on people's lives.
Food businesses like takeaways, restaurants and cafes have to give people accurate information about the ingredients in their food. If they don't do this their customers could become seriously ill, or even die.
