18-24 months.
Qualification
Level 4 Early Intervention Practitioner Apprenticeship.
You may be required to take Functional Skills maths and English at Level 2 if you do not already hold the equivalent GCSE grade 4-9 or (old system A*-C).
Job role
An Early Intervention Practitioner is responsible for identifying and sourcing the right intervention at the right time in an individual's life in order to achieve mutually agreed outcomes.
The roles can be varied but are likely to include:
- Family Support Worker
- Lead Reablement Worker
- Children's Centre Staff
- Pastoral and School Inclusion Officer
Delivery
- Workplace/workshop learning
- 1 to 1 support from assessor to apprentice
- Online learning environment to support learning throughout the apprenticeship
- Professional and recognised qualification
