Duration
The duration of the Hospitality Member Apprenticeship will be 12-15 months.
It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure every apprentice is given 20% of their paid hours as time to learn.
Qualification
Full Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship. You may be required to take Functional Skills maths and English at Level 1 if you do not already hold the equivalent GCSE grade 2-9 or (old system A*-E).
Job Role
A hospitality team member can work in a range of establishments, for example bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or contract caterers. Specialisms we can offer are:

Delivery
To help apprentices, there will be a variety in the ways they will learn:
- Flexible start dates
- Workplace/workshop learning
- 1 to 1 support from Assessor to Apprentice
- Online learning environment for support throughout the Apprenticeship
- Monthly workshops to cover knowledge
Progression
Progression is likely to be onto a hospitality supervisory or team leading role.
