Duration
The duration of the Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship will be 18-24 months.
It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure every apprentice is given 20% of their paid hours as time to learn.
Qualification
Learning & Development (L&D) Practitioner Level 3.
You will be required to take Functional Skills maths and English at Level 2 if you do not already hold the equivalent GCSE grade 4-9 or (old system A*-C).
Job Role
The roles associated with this apprenticeship can be varied but are likely to include:
- Identifying training needs
- Designing/sourcing training solutions
- Delivering and evaluating training
- Working with Human Resources
Delivery
To help apprentices, there will be a variety in the ways they will learn:
- Workplace/workshop learning
- 1 to 1 support from Assessor to Apprentice
- Online learning environment for support throughout the Apprenticeship
- Workshops on a 6-week basis
Progression
Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and other professional bodies.
