Learner awards

We designed our learner awards to recognise and acknowledge our learners':

• Efforts
• Dedication
• Resilience
• Achievement

We want to celebrate success and achievement and showcase what you can achieve to inspire our future learners.

These are termly awards. Our annual adult learner awards ceremony takes place in September/October each year.

We announce our winners for the termly learner awards in the classroom. This is either via Microsoft Teams or in the physical classroom. We give out the awards in class or post them to you.

Our tutors or assessors nominate learners for termly awards in a range of categories. This includes:

• The incredible journey award (greatest distance travelled in learning)
• Personal accomplishment award (exceeded individual goals)
• Inspirational learner award (achievement through determination)
