Highways, transport and library issues
Many issues can be resolved by initially reporting or requesting, rather than raising a formal complaint.
The most common issues we receive such complaints about can be reported or requested below;
- Pothole
- Verge cutting
- Broken street furniture (bus shelters, bins, railings)
- Renewing library books
- Library computer booking
You can also track the progress of reports relating to the highway network here.
If you have already reported an issue but are not happy with the response, you can make a formal complaint.
For more information on the complaints procedure, confidentiality and timescales, you can read our full complaints policy.
