Application forms
Application forms can be overwhelming for some people with disabilities. Here are two examples of accessible application forms which might be useful to consider.
One page profiles
One page profiles are blank templates that are designed so someone with a disability can briefly explain important things about them and their needs on a single page. You could create your own one page profile template and ask shortlisted candidates to complete it prior to interview. This will help you better understand how you could support someone.
