If you are sexually active, it is important to look after your sexual health and that of your partner.

If you are worried about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or would like to talk about contraception, go to your GP surgery or your local sexual health clinic.

If you need emergency contraception, the morning after pill is available for free at some chemists and NHS walk in centres.
