What is Norfolk in Care Council (NiCC)?
Every child and young person who is in our care, is automatically a member of Norfolk in Care Council (NiCC). Life Beyond Care (LBC) Young People who receive our leaving care service, are also automatically members.
The NiCC has three main sections
- NiCC group meetings. These groups meet monthly
- NiCC members who prefer to just take part in surveys, or send in comments and opinions
- NiCC members that don't come to meetings but like to help deliver training sessions for social workers and foster carers, or help interview new workers. Find out about other ways to get involved
