What to do if you disagree with the decision

If you don't agree with the decision then you can ask for a review of the decision.

A review is a way of asking for someone to look at a decision again.

You must ask for a review in writing. You can do this by sending a letter or an email.

Or send an email asking for a review to: fabreviews@norfolk.gov.uk

If you aren't happy with what the review decides then you can make a formal complaint.
