We also have regular team reflective practice sessions, team meetings and regular peer group sessions. We offer flexible working arrangements and hybrid working. The teams have constant open contact with each other via Teams chats as well as via virtual coffee breaks/wellbeing sessions. There are excellent training opportunities on offer to aid continuous professional development and this is something which is very much encouraged."

We have online chat groups, locality well-being meetings, reflection meetings, team meetings and provide good quality reflective supervisions. We also have a good induction programme, where any new staff are aligned to a supervisor on day one, and also have an aligned practitioner buddy for day-to-day support. We really encourage staff development and often take on students and apprentices. The new ideas they bring helps us to reflect on why we do what we do and provoke professional curiosity which helps us all grow and develop."
