GOV.UK welcome guide for new refugees, is for anyone granted refugee or Humanitarian Protection status after claiming asylum. The guide gives information on life in the UK and explains how to contact services that can help. 

The Refugee Council

The Refugee Council supports refugees to find employment. They can help refugees understand the systems and working culture in the UK and how to become financially independent.

The National Care Forum works with the Care Provider Alliance, and a wide range of partners to provide employment opportunities for refugees and displaced people. They have published a wide range of guidance and resources on employment and finding a home in the UK.
