Geocaching
Geocaching is a modern day treasure hunt and is enjoyed across the world by adults and children alike.
You just need a smart phone or other GPS device to help track down the hidden caches. These caches vary in size and shape and some are even hidden as fake rocks or logs so you can really test your detective skills.
At Norfolk Trails we've developed geocaching series on several of our routes and will be adding more in the future too.
Check out our series on; the Nar Valley Way (includes a two mile beginners series between stunning Castle Acre and West Acre); Weavers' Way Thurne circular walk set in the beautiful Broads; Bittern Line circular walk from Gunton Station (including Norfolk Trails' first 'Sidetracked' cache); and a 10 cache series on the Wensum Way between Swanton Morley and Elsing along the beautiful riverside walk.
