New Anglia grant and fund schemes
The Norfolk County Council Business Transition to Net Zero Grant (BTTNZ) offers grants between £25k and £100k, with a maximum intervention rate of 20%. Project spend has to be at least £125k for the minimum grant award of £25k. The grant is for businesses with ambitions to grow and reduce their carbon footprint and increase productivity. The scheme will fund capital developments. There will also be consultancy to develop a decarbonisation plan as part of the grant. The deadline for the grant is 30 June 2025.

The Norfolk County Council Small Grant Scheme (SGS) is to encourage businesses to invest in equipment and premises to enable them to be more productive and grow. The grant can fund up to 25% of supported project costs. The minimum grant available is £2,500, and the maximum is £25,000. (The minimum project is therefore £10,000). The scheme is aimed at enabling established SMEs to grow and is not aimed at start-up enterprises. Applicants will need to provide a minimum of two years' full accounts. The deadline for the grant is 30 June 2025.
We can only offer SGS grants to businesses within the following councils: Norwich City Council, North Norfolk District Council & Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.
Beneficiary projects must be located within a non-REPF eligible area. This includes King's Lynn, and some built up industrial areas.

The Norfolk County Council Growth Through Innovation Scheme (GTI) to encourage businesses to become more competitive by investing in innovative projects to develop better products, processes and services. The grant can fund up to 45% of supported project costs. The minimum grant is £2,500 and the maximum is £25,000. The minimum project size is therefore £5,555. The deadline for the grant is 30 June 2025.
The GTI Grant is available to businesses within the boundaries of Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils only.
