We use your personal information primarily to assist you in applying for innovation grant funding for your scheme by way of external mentors and coaches.

The information we collect and use

The information we collect and use may include your:

  • Name
  • Work address or home address if no work address is available
  • Work email address or personal email address if no work address is available
  • Work telephone numbers including mobile phone numbers or personal telephone numbers including mobile phone numbers if no work numbers are available
  • Innovation ideas
  • Health information but only in relation to reasonable adjustments if required

Who provides this information

The information we hold includes information you have provided to us.

How the law protects you and the legal basis for processing your information

We have legal grounds to process this information because it is necessary to comply with a legal duty or fulfil a public task under section 2(1) of the Local Government Act 2000, which permits NCC to do anything we consider likely to promote or improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of Norfolk.

We will obtain your explicit consent to process your health information for the purpose of providing reasonable adjustments.

Who we share your information with

We may share your personal information with:

  • External mentors and coaches
  • The Innovation Grant Mentoring Project Steering Group

Automated decision making

We will not make automated decisions about you.

How we keep your information

We hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide you with assistance in accordance with our retention and erasure policy. The information is securely stored electronically.

We do not process your information outside of the European Economic Area.
