Care home providers

All residential homes and nursing homes must have signed a contract with us before a Norfolk-funded client can be placed there - this process is through the application to the Framework Agreement. Care homes in Norfolk can be contracted to the framework agreement without a client waiting to move in but we cannot guarantee that clients will be placed. We only contract with out of county homes if a Norfolk client wishes to be placed there.

All care homes must be registered with the Care Quality Commission.

If you wish to join the framework agreement, email us at procurementsccm@norfolk.gov.uk with the home's full name and address, and CQC Location ID. You can also use this email address for any queries you may have about the contract.

If you are in Norfolk, when the contract is in place, you will be listed on our care homes page. The rates we pay are found below. If you are outside of Norfolk then we pay your Local Authority rates.
