Trusted Trader Fees and Charges

Current fees from 01 December 2022:

• Trusted Trader Annual Membership - £252.00 including VAT. Please note, if you withdraw your application after a certain amount of time, you may not be able to get a refund of the membership fee
• Promotional rates and discounted fees may be offered at selected times at the discretion of the Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme
• Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) checks (if applicable) - please note this fee is non-refundable - £44.00 (VAT exempt)
• Adjudication fee for Alternative Dispute Resolution cases referred to Kent ADR and found in favour of the consumer (if charged when required):
  • Claim value: £1 to £2999 - £360 including VAT
  • Claim value: £3000 to £4999 - £480 including VAT
  • Claim value: £5000 to £40,000 - £600 including VAT
