Update on cabinet roles

County council leader Councillor Andrew Proctor said: "Martin Wilby has stepped down from his position as cabinet member for highways, transport and infrastructure, due to ill-health. Martin has done a tremendous job in a very demanding role. I thank him for all his work and wish him a speedy recovery.

"My deputy, Graham Plant, will take on Martin's role, with immediate effect, with the benefit of his previous experience. Fabian Eagle is joining the cabinet to take on Graham's former role, as cabinet member for growing the economy.

"These changes will ensure that we continue to have a strong and capable cabinet team, to deliver for the people of Norfolk."
