Submit information to the EHE Team
The Elective Home Education (EHE) report tool is for parents registered with Norfolk's Services in the Home Educators team.
You may have been asked to supply information to the EHE team on how you are educating your child. You can also submit information before being requested to do so.

What to expect when completing the form
This is your opportunity to share and celebrate all the exciting things that have been happening with your child or young person's home education. You can share details about the learning taking place. Tell us about the progress your child is making from being home educated.
Specific details of learning and progress is very useful. They help the home education team understand what home education looks like for each child.
When completing the form, you will be asked the following questions:
