Norfolk County Council productivity plan

As a County Council, improving productivity has been central to our planning and delivery over many years. We have a positive track record in delivering large-scale change and transformation.

Our productivity plan responds to the Government's request to provide details of how we are:

• Improving service performance, and
• Reducing areas of high expenditure 

It details key achievements and draws on work already undertaken and planned over the coming years.
