Free advice for woodland creation

How Norfolk FWAG will help support your woodland creation

Norfolk FWAG are able to offer free advice and support to land owners for woodland creation, thanks to financial support from Norfolk County Council via the DEFRA Woodland Creation Accelerator Fund (WCAF).

This support will cover all of the costs of getting advice for developing an application to any national and local woodland creation schemes, including the Forestry Commission's England Woodland Creation Offer and the Woodland Trust's MOREwoods scheme. More details of these are below.

Other tree planting schemes are available occasionally from other sources, such as local authorities.

This support is helping Norfolk to plant 1 million trees by 2025.
