Gorleston temporary registration office

The Registration Service will be available here from Wednesday 12 March. Appointments to register Births, Deaths and Notices of Marriage or Civil Partnership are by appointment only and can be booked using the links at the end of this page.

The registration office is located on the ground floor of the library.

Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you may not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday.

On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Monday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm (closed for lunch 12.45pm to 1.45pm)

Some Saturdays 10am to 4pm (closed for lunch 12.45pm to 1.15pm)

Parking

There is road parking outside the Library, avoid parking at the limited wait time.

There is also free parking in Morrisons car park on Blackwall Reach road and Pay and Display parking behind Iceland on 138d High Street.

Accessibility

There is a disabled toilet available on the ground floor.
