Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS)

On 1 October 2019, Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS) transferred from Norfolk County Council's in-house highways team to the Norse Group, a company which is wholly owned by the Council.

The FLTS centre location remains unchanged and FLTS staff have transferred to Norse to continue to support your highways and construction training and development needs. The team will continue to deliver courses for City & Guilds Confined Spaces, City & Guilds Street Works NRSWA, Lantra NHSS 12d Temporary Traffic Management, Driver CPC Periodic Training, City & Guilds Winter Service Operations, Plant training and assessment.
