Requests for mental health support
All requests for mental health support for 0 to 25-year-olds across Norfolk & Waveney are now processed by Just One Number. This includes the previous mild to moderate requests.
You can request support by creating or logging into your account on Just One Norfolk or FYI.
Visit the Just One Norfolk website for more information and to make a referral.
The Just One Number team will review the needs outlined in the referral. They will then pass to the appropriate organisation to best support the child/young person or young adult. These organisations include:
- Ormiston Families - Supporting Smiles
- Mancroft Advice Project (MAP)
- NHS Talking Therapies Service Norfolk and Waveney (known as Wellbeing Service)
- Norfolk Healthy Child Programme from Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS)
- Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) services
Once processed, you will get the details of which organisation has the referral. The Your GP will also receive these details.

Services
Starfish Learning Disability Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (Starfish LD CAMHS) offer assessments and interventions. The service is for children or young people who have a diagnosed learning disability where there are concerns about their mental health and/or distressed behaviour.
