Join the Norfolk Register
Who can be registered?
Any child or young person aged 0-17-years-old whose disability or special need has an effect on their daily life or might affect their development. This could be due to:
- A physical disability
- A learning disability
- A sensory or communication impairment
- Behaviour related to a disability that causes serious problems at home or at school
- Complex health needs
- Any other disabling condition which needs treatment over a long period of time
Once registered a young person can remain on the register until their 25th birthday.
Young people

You can join the Norfolk Register of Disabled Young People. For further information email cwdregister@norfolk.gov.uk.
Parents
Register your child online. If more than one child in your family has a disability they should be registered individually.
Or request a registration pack by email cwdregister@norfolk.gov.uk.

- Ask someone to help you. For example, your community nurse, social worker, health visitor, staff at school or college, or a specialist support group
