Registered service manager
There is a registered Service manager in each locality, one who is responsible for Swift Response for the county and 3 for Accommodation Based Reablement and Housing with Care.
What you'll be doing
- You will have a legal responsibility to the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- You will have a legal responsibility to comply with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
- Responsibility for ensuring that your locality works within allocated budget
- Line management and support of Operational Managers
- Responsibility for the development of the service
- Recruitment for vacancies in your area using the electronic My Oracle system
- Working in collaboration with Health and Social Care colleagues at weekly meetings
What you'll need:
- Time management skills

- Management skills including planning and directing staffing
- A full driving licence and a car available for work
- To be hard working and committed to supporting others

- Ability to represent the service at meetings and public events
