How to change your My Norfolk account details

MyNorfolk account update

We are making changes to improve the MyNorfolk account. In the meantime, from 13 May, you will be invited to update your account if you want to use it to submit certain requests. You can still use the same email and password to sign in, but you will need to provide some contact information again.

After 13 May, you will not be able to see requests you made before then, but you will still get email updates on existing requests. We will also be reducing the range of services we offer in the account temporarily. We're sorry for this inconvenience.

Currently, you can't update details relating to your login (eg email address), but we will be restoring this function shortly. If you urgently need to update your login details, please contact us on 0344 300 8020.

Fostering and adoption

If you need to update your Children's Services online details, contact your allocated worker. If you do not have an allocated worker, contact us for support.
