How to make video and audio accessible
Flashing video
We recommend avoiding including flashing or flickering visual effects in your video.
This is because they can cause people to have seizures or feel dizzy, nauseous or disorientated.
If you still want to include flashes or flickers in your video, you must make sure that there aren't more than three flashes or flickers per second.
You should also keep flashes or flickers small and make sure they have low colour contrast with other content. This can help to reduce risk to viewers.
