Change or cancel a recycling centre booking
To change or cancel your booking:
- Use the link in your confirmation email
- Log in to your MyNorfolk account (if you signed in to MyNorfolk when you booked)
- Call the Customer Service Centre
If you cancel a booking you no longer need, it will help us by freeing up a space.
