Concessionary travel pass guidance

We aim to process your application within 10 working days of receiving your form.

Once processed, travel passes are usually sent to your home address within 5 to 10 working days.

If you have applied for a new travel pass before your date of eligibility, we will issue your travel pass up to 10 working days before your eligibility date.

Your eligibility date is:

• For age-related travel passes: Your 66th birthday
• For disabled travel passes: Your 5th birthday

Automatic renewals

We will issue automatically renewed travel passes before your current travel pass expires.
